Brew up a batch of our Bavarian Bierhalle, and you'll feel the call of a traditional Beer Hall in every bottle.
German cultivated noble hops, impart a lively blend of floral, spicy, and herbal notes which define the classic German Pils. This beer boasts a more assertive bitterness than what you would expect from a traditional Czech Pilsner, through the addition of both Halleratu and Tettnang hops.
Notably, its exceptional quality stems from the time-honoured balance achieved between malt-derived sweetness and the distinct hop driven flavours and bitterness.
A shining handcrafted example of one of Bavaria’s signature brews.
Two Different yeast option for 2 Different Brewing temperatures
Optimal fermentation temperature plays an important role for unlocking the utmost quality in this premium recipe.
This brew offers options: Mangrove Jacks M76 Bavarian Lager yeast, ideal for cooler brewing (8-14 degrees), promotes fuller malt character and enhanced hop flavours typical of German yeast.
If the lower brewing temperature isn't feasible, select Mangrove Jacks M54 California Lager yeast from the dropdown. It thrives at warmer temperatures (18-20 degrees), presenting a unique, clean fermenting lager strain, accentuating malt and hop additions.
