Simply screw the Botanical Basket on to the Alembic Pot Still dome and condenser or  to the Turbo 500 condenser (by removing the saddles) and run your still as per normal. The spirit passing through to infuse your botanicals or any other herbs you wish to add will flavour the alcohol to make your own unique Gin or flavoured alcohol.

We also supply the Still Spirits Gin Botanicals Kits which is a blend of juniper berries, coriander seeds, liquorice roots and citrus peel to make an ideal London Dry Gin. There is also a Rosemary Gin and a mint leaf Gin to choose from

To use the basket for homemade Gin ferment you spirit wash as normal. Do the stripping run in your column. Then pack your ingredients into the basket and attach to the base of your column and then run your spirit through.
