Diammonium Phosphate. (DAP) is a good source of nitrogen for yeast. It  nourishes yeast, ensuring that it remains healthy throughout fermentation. The added nitrogen will help the yeast will remain active through the ferment.

Recommended for wine, mead, and cider.
