Warrior and East Kent Goldings hops have been combined with our grain recipe to provide rich flavours of caramel, spice, chocolate and biscuit.

Recommended yeast : (please note this fresh wort kit does not contain yeast)

Mangrove jacks M15 Empires Ale yeast : A top-fermenting ale yeast suitable for a variety of full bodied ales, with exceptional depth. Ferments with full, rich dark fruit flavours

Optional Dry Hopping on day 4

Goldings 25g: will impart earthy and floral notes imparting delicate aroma.

Brewing Instructions

• Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
• Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
• Aerate and pitch your  yeast and Yeast Nutrient.
• Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
