A uniquely flavoured New Zealand grown hop. The name is derived from the Sauvignon Blanc grape due to the similar fruity characteristics. Recently this hop has become hugely popular and is favoured in may boutique beers. It is the signature hop of the famous Fat Yak. Alpha acids: 12-13%.
