An awesome beer brewed simply.
Take care when pouring on an angle in a well-maintained glass to achieve the perfect creamy head. The ritual of pouring and presenting the pint is all part of the tradition.
When you take that first sip, you'll likely notice the maltiness complemented by a balanced bitterness. To savour the malt deliciousness the temperature of the beer is crucial – cool but not too cold.
Reddish-brown in appearance, this Yorkshire bitter presents a malt-forward nose with hints of caramel and biscuit. Enticing aromas contributes to the anticipation of the flavours to come ultimately enhancing the overall drinking experience.
A proper pint that’s smooth and easy drinking - one glass begs another Cheers!
A word on hops....
This beer is simply great as is but If you are the type that likes a little extra hops then we recommend dry hopping on day 4 of fermentation with Goldings Hops 25g
