Still Spirits Pure Turbo Yeast should be used where ultimate alcohol quality is required. This yeast will ferment the wash producing very few by-products which means that the cleared wash goes into the still 90% cleaner than other Turbos. Use this yeast with both long column stills like the T500 and it is the only yeast suitable for the Turbo Air Still. Only use where air temperature ( between 18°- 24 C) can be maintained and it is essential that Turbo Carbon is used with this yeast
