Maibock Bavarian Lagers are traditionally brewed for special occasion and that occasion may be right now.
Light golden with a fuller malt balance, and a spicy, floral fruity flavour derived from the Magnum and Hersbruker hop additions. This Lager presents a clean bitterness just bittered enough to balance the malt sweetness and fermented with a clean, crisp and relatively attenuative classic Bavarian lager strain.
The result is a golden beer with a dense and lasting white foam head, and a complex flavour profile and a smooth lingering finish.
