It imparts strong banana and clove notes, which are characteristic of German Octoberfest Wheat beers. Alongside the fruitiness, there's a noticeable spice, produced during fermentation, which contribute a clove-like flavours.

It’s not a hop forward beer but you’ll notice a subtle hopiness which helps to perfectly balance the sweetness of the malt and the fruitiness of the yeast.
